Quinton Davies are working for a market leading, global brand to find an IT Support Analyst to join their service desk team in Bristol (with direct routes to the M4/M5). This is a particularly exciting opportunity to join this company as it goes through a period of rapid growth and development.
With great routes for progression and opportunities to advance your skills, you will work closely with all members of the IT team, supporting each other with daily tasks and projects. As part of a small, friendly team, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with the IT Manager and work across many key parts of the company’s development.
As part of the role as IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and resolution via the service desk
- Responding to end user queries and escalating to team members or 3rd parties when required
- Perform software installations and updates on-site, at remote offices, at retail sites
- Perform hardware maintenance (builds, upgrades, and repairs)
- Ensuring incidents and requests are completed in line with KPI Targets and SLA Objectives
- Maintaining the Asset Management Database and changes
To apply for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience of a 1st Line Service Desk
- Strong Windows 7/10 and Microsoft knowledge
- Demonstrable passion for new technologies
- Customer service experience
- Experience working to set procedures and auditing requirements
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
